Refund Policy
Clear Expectations. Honest Service.
At RG Construction INC, we value transparency and want our clients to have a clear understanding of how payments, deposits, cancellations, and refunds are handled. Because construction and remodeling projects involve planning, materials, labor, scheduling, and other commitments, refund eligibility may vary depending on the nature and stage of a project.
This Refund Policy applies to payments and services associated with our website and should be read together with any written agreement or contract between RG Construction INC and the client.
01. Construction & Remodeling Projects
Construction and remodeling projects are typically customized to meet the individual needs, preferences, and requirements of each client.
Once a project has been approved or scheduled, RG Construction INC may begin investing time and resources into planning, design, materials, labor, permits, scheduling, and other project-related activities.
For this reason, payments, deposits, and other fees may be subject to the terms and conditions outlined in the client's individual written agreement.
The project contract or written agreement will take priority over this general Refund Policy where applicable.
02. Deposits & Initial Payments
Deposits or initial payments may be required before work begins.
These payments may cover project planning, consultations, design work, material ordering, scheduling, administrative costs, or other services associated with preparing for the project.
Whether a deposit is refundable will depend on the terms of the applicable written agreement and the work or expenses already incurred.
03. Cancellation Requests
If you need to cancel a service or project, please contact RG Construction INC as soon as possible.
Cancellation requests should be submitted in writing and may be reviewed based on:
-
The stage of the project
-
Work already completed
-
Materials already purchased or ordered
-
Labor or subcontractor commitments
-
Design and planning services already provided
-
Scheduling commitments
-
The terms of the signed project agreement
Any applicable refund will be determined according to the client's written agreement and applicable law.
04. Custom Materials & Special Orders
Construction projects may involve custom materials, fixtures, appliances, finishes, or other items selected specifically for a client's project.
Payments associated with materials that have already been purchased, ordered, customized, delivered, or otherwise committed to the project may not be refundable, subject to the applicable contract and applicable law.
Where possible, we will work with the client to determine whether an item can be returned, exchanged, or credited.
05. Completed Services
Fees for services that have already been completed or substantially performed are generally not refundable unless otherwise stated in the applicable written agreement or required by law.
This may include consultations, planning, design-related services, project management, ordering, or other work performed on behalf of the client.
06. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, RG Construction INC will communicate the applicable refund amount and processing details to the client.
Approved refunds will generally be returned using the original payment method, unless another arrangement is agreed upon.
Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
07. Changes to a Project
Construction projects may change during planning or construction due to design selections, site conditions, material availability, client requests, permitting requirements, or other circumstances.
Changes to project scope, materials, or services may result in additional charges or adjustments.
Any changes and associated costs should be documented and handled according to the client's written project agreement.
08. Non-Refundable Circumstances
To the extent permitted by the applicable agreement and law, payments may not be refundable when they relate to:
-
Services that have already been completed
-
Custom or specially ordered materials
-
Materials already purchased for the project
-
Labor or subcontractor commitments
-
Approved project expenses
-
Design or planning work already performed
-
Other non-refundable items identified in the client's agreement
