Consultation & Discovery
We start by learning about the client’s project, goals, budget, and timeline. Whether it’s a remodel, addition, new construction, or rebuild, we discuss their vision and determine the best path forward.

Planning & Pre-Construction
Once the project direction is established, we coordinate everything needed to prepare for construction. This may include plans, engineering, permits, selections, budgeting, scheduling, and trade coordination.

Construction
With the plan in place, construction begins. Our team manages the project from start to finish, coordinating trades, inspections, materials, scheduling, and quality control while keeping the client informed throughout the process.

Final Walkthrough & Completion
As construction wraps up, we complete our quality-control process and walk the project with the client. Any remaining items are addressed before final completion and turnover of the finished space.
